Is an on-site estimate always required?
Photos and measurements can start the conversation. The operator decides whether site conditions require an in-person review before confirming scope and price.
What changes the estimate?
Size, construction, stability, utilities, concrete, access, carry distance, material type, debris volume, and the finished condition all matter.
Do you handle hazardous material?
Do not include fuel, chemicals, paint, batteries, asbestos, propane, or unknown containers in an ordinary demolition load. Identify them before work is scheduled.
Do I need a permit?
Requirements vary by municipality, structure, attachment, and property. The property owner should confirm requirements with the relevant city before work begins.
Can the slab or footings stay?
Yes when the written scope says they stay. Define the desired finished condition before accepting an estimate.
How should I prepare access?
Clear the gate, side yard, driveway, and truck approach. Note steps, slopes, narrow turns, eaves, meters, irrigation, and sensitive landscaping.
